Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Cuddlewick experience.

Since our candles are handmade and contain a hidden jewellery pendant, we do not accept returns once a candle has been burned or the pendant has been revealed.

However, if your candle arrives damaged or broken, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cuddlewick.com

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.
